Dr. Jing Zhang
Dr. Jing Zhang is a Principal Design Engineer at Anokiwave, working on the development of silicon based beamforming ICs for mmWave 5G communications. Before joining Anokiwave, Dr. Zhang worked for world's leading automotive chip makers, including Freescale, NXP, and ON Semiconductor, on the development of the next generation of highly integrated automotive radar sensor ICs in deep sub-micron CMOS process. His research interests include analog, mixed-signal, and millimeter-wave CMOS IC design, as well as wireless sensor systems and wireless communication systems, for industrial, security and medical applications. In these areas, he has authored and co-authored more than twenty peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers and holds one issued US patent. Dr. Zhang is a member of IEEE MTT-S and SSCS. He is also a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
RESEARCH HIGHLIGHTS
NXP Automotive - The Car of the Future
Transforming the car from a simple mode of transport into a mobile information hub, NXP's robust in-vehicle networking and secure interfaces connect vehicles to each other and the outside world. Our systems capture data, process it and share control with drivers in critical situations. We make driving safer, easier and more fun.
NXP Unveils a 'Cocoon' of Tiny Radar Sensors
NXP Semiconductors has come to the 2016 International Consumer Electronics Show to unveil what the company calls “the world’s smallest single-chip 77GHz radar transceiver.”
